With regards to the POPI Act of 2013 and in compliance to Act 4 of 2013, all members are hereby notified that no personal information or content is allowed to be shared without the consent of the person/s whose details being shared.
The Langebaan Hair Academy is a platform created for members and where content is driven by members.
Any person/s sharing information will be viewed as the legal responsible person and may thus open themselves up to penalties and/or fines.
We believe that every member will familiarize themselves with the new POPI Act and as such abide not to share information without consent.
All members have the right to opt out of being a part of The Langebaan Hair Academy by removing themselves from the page or accept the responsibility and give consent to personal information shares to become publicly noticeable.
We strongly ask that all members refrain from making use of/or sharing personal information of other members.
